• The welcome bonus is available only once, following your first deposit. The same individual may not claim the bonus through multiple accounts.
• Each bonus carries wagering requirements (typically x3 to x5). Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The maximum withdrawal from a bonus balance is 5x the bonus value, unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
• Free bets and free spins must be used within the specified time after redemption, or they will expire.
• Bk44k reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus, particularly if there is evidence of abuse.

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, no changes can be made — unless a Cash Out option is available on the platform.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.

• Bonus arbitrage — attempting to systematically collect bonuses with no risk.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
• Selling or transferring an account to another party.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Facilitating match fixing or sports corruption.

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bk44k may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• At your own request (Self-Exclusion or voluntary closure).

If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, members will have the opportunity to withdraw it in the case of a legitimate closure. However, bk44k reserves the right to withhold the balance if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms and conditions.
